A very talented photographer, Larissa was responsible for putting together promo photos for Tim and Adevina. She was a natural choice for our wedding photos due to not only her excellent work, but her spirit is amazing. If you are looking to have photos done, we highly recommend her work and look forward to her capturing this celebration!

As entertainer ourselves, we knew we could trust DJ Jeannine to set the night to music! Her energy and spirit is contagious! DJ Jeannine has been providing both DJ and KJ services all over Central Florida for many years and rightfully enjoys a reputation of both integrity and skill. We are fortunate that she will be taking time out of her schedule to celebrate this day with us. Thanks, DJ Jeannine!

Crowd Control Coordinator: Skip Weaver
Sometimes it is just good to know someone will handle it...whatever it is. Skip was the first person to talk to Adevina upon her coming up to spend time on the west side of Polk County and has proved to be a reliable friend. In order to make sure that we are able to enjoy the day and any miscellaneous problems can be handled, Skip will be the "go-to" for handling those little problems that can poop on parties.

Dress Maker: Jean Esch
Every now and then in life, you find a kindred spirit. We would consider Jean a local hidden treasure. The number of talents hidden in this little woman's body are immeasurable and we are very thankful that she has so graciously taken on the task of dressing the bride for the wedding day. We are thankful to be able to call her friend.

Reception Site Coordinator: Ronda Benjamin
There are no words for how thankful I am to Ronda and Rick for inviting us to have the reception on their land. One of the very early problems to solve was how to plan a wedding that was open invite and have space for all those who would want to attend. Like an angel, without having even knowing I was pondering this very issue, Ronda offered her family's property for the wedding. Through the planning, she continues to be so gracious as the vision for the celebration takes form. We are so appreciative of her flexibility, comments, and support

Ceremony Site Coordinator: Deborah Ariza
Deborah has been a follower of Tim's DJ career for many years. When I came on the scene, we became fast friends when she broght me on to give voice lessons to her daughter, Chase. Debbie and have enjoyed many long talks and woman-to-woman bonding time. I admire her independence and her intelligence, which are as great as her beauty. I very much appreciated her willingness and excitement to help with pulling off the wedding. Her whole family is getting involved, as her husband will be assisting through the festivities and their oldest daughter will be in charge of childcare.

Food Service Coordinator: Jacqueline Dawson
When we announced our plans to get married, Jackie stepped right up and wanted to know how she could help. No stranger to leading and taking charge, we knew we could trust her to manage one of the more challenging aspects of the reception...the food. As the plans for how to deal with food for the reception morphed from option to option, she rolled with the punches and has been ready to help. We're thankful for her taking on this role.
Bonus: Ben, her husband, will be wandering around with the video camera helping catch highlights of the ceremony and reception! Thanks!

Wedding Design Coordinator: Eydie Gindlesberger
If you have not attended a party hosted by this fabulous mother-to-be, you have not attended a party. We ran to Eydie when we decided to start planning the details of the wedding. Eydie and Steve are expecting their second child right before the wedding and even as we were excited to hear the news, we knew that we had to prepare ourselves for moving forward without the design eye of this lovely lady. To our delight, she shrugged off our concern and she remains on the team, ready to snap her fingers and help us get the job done. Thanks Eydie!!!

Officiant: Mel Shafer
A long time friend, we are grateful that Mel has agreed to officiate the wedding ceremony. We were early in our relationship when Mel had tragically lost his wife, Kari. Tim had loved both Kari and Mel very much and had admired the relationship that they shared. We both had the fortune to watch Mel be blessed with his new bride, Bobbi. If you haven't heard the story of how these two people came to be one, then maybe you won't understand why it just seemed like confirmation that Mel was a great choice to oversee our vows to each other. Thanks, Mel, for agreeing to be a part of not only our day, but in this most sacred of choices that a man and woman can make to each other.
